I have found more great web comics since last time I posted about my favourite web comics. So here we go for round 2.
Questionable Content
Updates daily Monday – Friday
QC is best discribed as an online comic strip that is ostensibly about romance, indie rock, little robots, and the problems people have. It’s the robots that do it for me, robots that can shoot lasers! What’s not awesome about that? You will want to read this one from the start because some of the stories do continue on for a while.
OGLAF
Updates every Sunday
First this web comic is totally NSFW in any way shape or form, and if you are a prude or very PC when it comes to sexuality then you best skip this one. Otherwise hit it up and put a diaper on because you will wet yourself with laughter. Although it can sometimes be a bit hit and miss, but when OGLAF gets it right it’s LOL hilarious.
Marooned
Updates… good question…
Marooned is a fantasy/sci fi comic about an astronaut who gets stranded on Mars with his wise arse robot companion/co pilot. The author of Marooned has taken some time out to consider what they are going to do with Marooned so there are no regular updates. But there is a large archive of 290 pages to read through.
The Other Grey Meat
Updates Mondays and Thursdays
Zombies are so Cliché’d that if someone said “hey TOGM is a cool zombie comic” I’d reply “meh”. But TOGM is a bit different, it has hot zombie chicks, funny jokes and there’s a whole zombie conspiracy going on. The web site needs a bit of work but it’s worth persevering with it because TOGM is a good read if you are partial to hot chicks and zombies.
End’s ‘n’ Means
Updates every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
The author of Ends ‘n’ Means sums up the comic pretty well: it’s a comic set in an imaginary London suburb and is centred around a group of friends that just can’t seem to get it together. It’s a comic about high hopes, low standards, and bitter disappoinment… There’s also a talking rabbit and Also it has a fluffy bunny! And there is a talking rabbit and iguana too. If you read this comic from the start you will see that the art work changes and improves as it goes on. The web site is well done and it’s powered by WordPress with ComicPress, so thumbs up for the use of WordPress.
Cyanide & Happiness
Updates daily
Again not a comic for those that are overly sensitive because Cyanide & Hapiness is about as un PC as you can get which is what makes it so funny. Cyanide & Happiness is a great read because each coming is a 1 strip gag comic so you don’t need to read a bunch of other comics to get the story and it’s jokes. The artwork is simple but that works well because the writing and jokes are what make this comic work so well. Sometimes it’s a bit hit and miss but 90% of the gags are LOL funny.
Diesel Sweeties
Updates daily
Diesel Sweeties is an 8 bit comic about love, robots, and love with robots best enjoyed while listening to some chip tunes. It’s a little bit geeky, plenty funny and a lot of sexual innuendo and the occasional joke about in your endo….
Fredo & Pid’jin
Updates every whenever
It’s like Pinky and the Brain only with pigeons it’s hella funny and a little bit politicly incorrect which is why it’s funny. Being PC is over rated.
reMIND
Updates, well it’s finished
Yep the story is finished and you can even buy the graphic novel. I brought my copy and I have to say it is totally awesome. $25 well spent if you ask me. If you don’t want to drop the cash on it then you can read it all online. Either way check it out because the author Jason Brubaker has awesome style, I spend ages just looking at the pictures.
