Just in time to warm up for the soccer Fractured presents the Drum n Bass version. Bringing together producer’s from 4 countries to represent for national pride.
DJ HAZARD (True Playaz, Ganja, Frontline and Jekyll & Hyde) has been signed exclusively by Dj Hype to his labels since 2002 and hasn’t dissapointed the Ganja Kru. Having released ‘No More Games’ EP ‘Ready For This’ EP, ‘World Of Darkness’, ‘Use Your Brain’ b/w ‘Selector’ to critical acclaim Hazard is now aiming to show the global audience his Djing skills as well.
MC KRAFT, a 21 year old Drum and Bass MC from London, had achieved main arena status by the age of 18 when he was booked to play in the main room at One Nation in Germany. And since then has featured as MC of the month in the November 2005 edition of Knowledge Magazine. A regular on Londons Pirate Radio circuit at the moment he can be heard regularly appearing on the infamous Grass Roots Grow Show, on every Tuesday night beamed worldwide via WorldFM (www.worldfm.co.uk).
He is working at the moment with one of Brazils hottest exports in the form of DJ BAN BAN and representing alongside him for UK and abroad shows. Well known around europe, DJ Banban has been makin waves in uk in 2006, and is Highly trained as a battle DJ - believe us, his skills have to be seen to believe… Check www.djbanban.com, also watch out for the mix CD with August’s Knowledge mag.
New Zealand’s Drum & Bass collective continues to grow and prosper at an incredible rate. Adding to that collective is a producer by the name of AGENT ALVIN. In 2004, Agent Alvin aka Warren Field released his debut album on New Zealand`s Capital Records, featuring Spikey Tee (UK), Ruth Minuit, MC Kyla and Meg Martin. It was around the same time that he set his sights on the international vinyl market, with his debut release on the New Zealand based Random Recordings.
2006 is shaping up to be a big year for Agent Alvin, with tunes forthcoming on labels as diverse as the legendary Full Cycle, Klute`s imprint Commercial Suicide, G2, Incite and Cyanide. Look forward to an abundance of breakbeat experimentation at its very best confirming this kiwi producer as a man to watch.
HOOVES has quickly become a Melbourne underground favourite after cutting back his commitments as a live drummer to focus on his DnB production after meeting Vegas and Krust in ’05. He has done remixes for the Red Eyes, True Live and Diafrix as well as numerous original productions. Hooves’ work has received attention from Andy C, Vegas and the Mixologist’s. With a hard work ethic and a musically-commited nature Hooves will be a name for the future.
