Randall will seamlessly mix n blend his way through all the styles and era’s that have shaped the jungle/drum n bass sound to where it’s at today.
Expect to hear jungle anthems, forgotten classics, rollers, tekstep, jump up, hardcore, Breakbeat and who knows what else! This is a one off comprehensive lesson of Beats and Basslines for Melbourne!!
Relive the memories or experience what you’ve missed out on for the past 15 years.
Dissimilar to previous Jungle Run parties, this will not be strictly old skool as Randall will take us from the Early 90’s through the years until by the end of his set we’ll be no doubt getting a preview of the hottest tunes that will be coming out over the next 12 months or so.

Randall needs no introduction, he has been around since before the birth of the jungle sound and is rated by many major players as the greatest jungle DJ of all time.
Randall has earnt legendary status on the DnB circuit for his DJ skills, he has also produced many classic tracks alongside the likes of Andy C , Foul Play, Flex and A Sides to name a few.
He has been mixing records since the mid 80’s and started his career on pirate radio station Centreforce FM in 1989, he is renowned for his flawless mixing and versatile tune selection.
Randall has gone on to play every major festival and club the world has to offer – Dreamscape, AWOL, Blue Note, Helta Skelta, Fabric, the list goes on!

DJ Rap says “There’s nobody better, I’m into harmonious mixes, sort of like creating remixes whilst I’m on the decks, and I think Randall is the best person for that. He also realises the importance of programming a set, equating it to a story.”
Randall also owns and runs the record label Mac II which has had many smashing releases over the past decade or more.

Quite simply, there is no DJ in the world better suited to presenting us with a 3 hour journey through the history of Jungle taking us through the ages of Drum N Bass finishing up with the sounds we will hear tomorrow..
